Why Email?
I strive to provide excellent customer service to my customers. This support is provided by email, rather than phone, because it is much better for tracking order numbers, download passwords, etc..., things that would be very difficult to communicate over the phone. Also, between me and my support helpers, email allows us to handle requests much sooner, no matter where we are.
Response Time
Most support requests are answered by me, or my support helpers, and often resolved within 24 hours. I can't guarantee this, but you can be sure that your support request will be handled in a timely manner
