This video explores the topic of improvisation and imagination, learning to hear what you're going to play before you play it. For some reason, kids have no trouble being creative or imagining things, but for us adults, this can be quite difficult if we're not used to using our imaginations every day. Thankfully, this is something we can start doing again, but you have to be aware that it is part of the improvising process before you can do it.
