Dealing With Rejection

What do you do when you try out for a band, and don't make it? Everyone faces rejection at some point, and music tends to be something we take very personally. In this video I talk about 3 things that are important to keep in mind, and then I talk about the time I faced some very harsh criticism about my singing, and what I did about it.
